Happy Endings



"Lady Pepper" has been such a great addition to our family. She has made us laugh at some of her antics and has provided us with unending warm and friendly affection.

Within just a few days, she has become a part of our family that we will cherish forever.

How to Adopt

Our adoption process is not difficult.... it is aimed at assuring that you and your cat or dog are good matches and will have a long and happy future together. A questionnaire gathers information about you, your family, and your other pets. Then, in a brief adoption review with one of our adoption counselor to discuss the cat or dog you have selected and your compatibility. The adoption fees are $85.00 for dogs and $60.00 for cats while New York State voucher are available (these adoption services are currently valued at up to $260.00, a great savings!) Besides the love and companionship of your new friend, the adoption fee for all cats and dogs include:

• A complete physical examination at a participating veterinarian
• Rabies vaccination
• Two doses of dewormer for roundworms and hookworms
• One dose of flea preventive
• Spay or neuter surgery

Dogs also receive:

• Canine distemper virus, parvovirus, adenovirus, parainfluenza virus and leptospirosis vaccination
• The first year dog license
• $10.00 discount on dog obedience class with a participating trainer

Cats also receive:

• Feline Distemper, feline rhinotracheitis, feline calici virus, and pneumonitis vaccination
• Testing for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus

Plus one free bathing and grooming at a participating pet salon for each cat and dog adoption
